What You’ll Do: Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory control Conduct daily team meetings to align goals and tackle challenges Ensure a secure, safe, and organized work environment Coordinate deliveries, route trips, and manage schedules Provide ongoing training and performance feedback Deliver top-notch service to walk-in customers and internal teams Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.). OSHA Safety Certification preferred but not required. 3–5 years of warehouse experience with responsibilities in inventory, shipping/receiving, and/or team leadership. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication and decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated ability to lead by example and develop a high-performing team. Ability to lift to 50 lbs., operate forklifts/pallet jacks, and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed. Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and maintain safety certifications as required.
