Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Woodridge, IL. This position is a combination of local delivery driving and hands-on warehouse work. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating a box truck, performing physical warehouse duties, and providing professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Drive a box truck to deliver products throughout the Greater Chicagoland area
- Load, unload, move, and stock materials
- Pick and pack products and verify orders for accuracy
- Properly secure and label products for delivery
- Deliver products to customers in a timely manner
- Inspect and monitor the delivery vehicle
- Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely
- Assist customers with warehouse pickups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a box truck
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in both a warehouse and delivery environment
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Basic math skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous delivery or warehouse experience is a plus
