Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and household duties.
  • Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
  • Implement individualized care plans, documenting progress and reporting any changes.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement, building trusting relationships.
  • Maintain safety standards and a clean living environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in direct care is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate approach with patience and a desire to help others.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outings.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire.
