Job Summary:

The responsibility of the Bell Person is to enhance the guest experience by delivering personalized, attentive service and ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and assisted during their stay.

Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range: starting $16.00 per hour plus tips.
- The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full time year-round
8:00am-4:00pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm, will include weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage safely and efficiently.
Park cars for guests as needed and drive shuttle to pick up or drop off guests at other Resort outlets.
Deliver items such as packages, amenities, or guest requests to guestrooms.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance, lobby, and bell storage areas.

Job Requirements:

Positive attitude and attention to detail.
Minimum of 21 years of age
Must possess a valid drivers’ license & clean driving record.
Lift and pull 100+ pounds with aid of luggage cart.
Previous hospitality experience.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicle with proficiency.
Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
