Position Summary
The Senior Analystis accountable for managing projects, shaping forecasts, and adjusting supply components for a group ofproducts to ensure proper Store and DC service leveltargets are achieved. The Senior Analystwill be responsible for managing high visibility programs related to supplemental benefits by purchasing, forecasting, and reporting within OTCHS. This will be used for business planning that aids in achieving enterprise goals including sales, margin, in-stock, turn, fill rate, customer satisfaction, GMROII, receipts and EOP. This person will be working collaboratively with cross- functional, internal, and external partners to deliver results and ensure outcomes.Â
Required Qualifications
1+ years experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams)Â
1+ years experience in retail or supply chain rolesÂ
Desire to work in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Curiosity to explore and identify insights that result in the development of actionable strategies and tactical plans ​
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using a forecasting and replenishment software package such as Blue YonderÂ
Knowledge of SQL coding and analytical based decision making Â
Knowledge of Tableau reporting softwareÂ
An Asset Supply Chain certification such as RSSC, CSCMP or APICSÂ
Previous Experience in an S&OP environmentÂ
Demonstrates understanding of inter-relationship between demand planning, category management, supply planning, and financeÂ
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
Ability to calculate and analyze key forecasting metrics such as forecast MAPE and bias
Strong time management and organizational skillsÂ
Ability to quickly resolve high profile issuesÂ
Good judgment and decision-making abilityÂ
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation skillsÂ
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and contribute ideas in a team setting
Results driven with strong time management and organizational skills

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Â The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Â This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Â
