Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define measures and implement them to achieve high productivity of the company's core
    and support production processes.
  • Apply crucial engineering processes and give input for strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy within a core organizational field.
  • Contribute to the alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.
  • Plan and optimize logistics processes, including material flow, production supply, and warehouse operations.
  • Manage warehouse activities such as packaging storage, repacking, washing, repair, and invoice auditing.
  • Analyze and forecast intralogistics capacity to ensure adequate storage space, equipment, and material-handling capabilities.
  • Implement warehouse and work-cell layout changes to support new production line and investment needs.
  • Develop and maintain logistics documentation required for projects and operational processes.
  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance cost, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Monitor key logistics KPIs and ensure performance targets are met.
  • Support packaging budget and cost reduction initiatives by managing the packaging fleet and related supplier/customer communication.
  • Oversee packaging requirements, including cost, functionality, allocation, and process steering for internal and external packaging cycles.
  • Develop and implement supply chain and logistics strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Your Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor degree in engineering related field
  • MS Office w/high level of competency in MS Excel 
  • CAD Software
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

  • SAP MRP System
