Service Supervisor - Second Shift - Full Time

We are looking for friendly, experienced food service professionals to complete our supervisor team, serving great food to hungry students using state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Our staff have every-other weekend off, paid holidays, opportunities for training and advancement and time off between semesters to spend with family and friends during the winter holidays.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and work alongside a team of late-night service staff, preparing food orders for hungry students.

2. Train new service employees according to prescribed training schedule

3. Assist the Service Manager with all aspects of service and employees

4. Assisting in recruitment and hiring of new employees

5. Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements.

6. Other duties as assigned.

Second shift works 1:45pm – 10:30pmHours may change during summer and breaks in the school year

Experience:

· Management and leadership experience

· Basic food handling

· Microsoft Office, emails, word documents, etc

· Proficient in written and verbal communication skills

Must be effective with:

· Effective communication skills

· Reliable

· Team player

· Working well under pressure

· Multi-tasking

Physical Demands/Environment:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Environment may include hot, humid or cold conditions.
