Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for rework activities of rejected battery assemblies from the production line and either reintroducing or scrapping components
- Support the development, implementation and optimization of battery assembly rework processes and procedures
- Trouble shoot and validate root cause analysis of failures
- Improve production technologies to prevent re-occuring failures in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
- Validate machines, tools and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing production systems.
- Support production or production departments (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience
- Journeyman Card
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
- Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
- Assertive approach to solving problems
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
- SAP experience
