Your Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for rework activities of rejected battery assemblies from the production line and either reintroducing or scrapping components
  • Support the development, implementation and optimization of battery assembly rework processes and procedures 
  • Trouble shoot and validate root cause analysis of failures
  • Improve production technologies to prevent re-occuring failures in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
  • Validate machines, tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing production systems.
  • Support production or production departments (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).

Your Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience
  • Journeyman Card 
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
  • Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
  • Assertive approach to solving problems
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions
  • Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

 

Preferred:

  • SAP experience
