Your Key Responsibilities

Ensure proper recordkeeping of packaging material / spare parts, tools, and other inventory, returnable packaging, account handling and packaging supply (customer, supplier, and internal).
Keep track of inventory materials and parts regularly.
Identify future demand and order needed amount from suppliers based on forecast models and historical data analysis.
Organize packaging by implementing established methods to prevent damage, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Coordinate with shipping providers to dispatch products in line with the packaging standards.
Follow up onpurchase orders to ensure timely delivery, monitor order status, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
Work with Logistics team and set priorities for loading and unloading materials.
Support with loading and unload trucks via equipment (forklift) hand jack .

Your Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field or 5 plus years of related experience
Proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two or more years of experience in a related role.
Experience with SAP software.
