Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and innovate production tools at the project level, collaborate on tooling solutions, optimize production costs, and monitor trends for continuous improvement.
  • Development and innovation of production tools on project level.
  • Initiate and collaborate in projects / working groups that concern the development of tooling solutions.
  • Ensure QCD-optimized production concepts according to design to cost factors.
  • Monitor internal and external tool-related trends to utilize for development and innovation.
  • Provide technical support during try-outs and pilot phases, troubleshooting and resolving issues to facilitate smooth transition into series production.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure tooling designs are feasible and meet quality standards throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Document production tooling processes, maintain up-to-date technical specifications, and support knowledge sharing within the engineering department.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics, Production Engineering
  • Experience in 3D CAD modelling and drafting
  • Knowledge in GD&T
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in SAP
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Assertive approach to solving problems
  • Extremely self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Continuous improvement approach
