POSITIONÂ SUMMARY:Â
Provide direction to 5-50 concession employees; oversee all facets of stand operations and implementation of company policies during an eventÂ
POSITIONÂ RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
Verify inventories prior to an event in each stand in assigned areaÂ
Complete administrative paperworkÂ
Assist stand managers in solving any problemsÂ
Ensure each stand in assigned area complies with all company policies and procedures, safety, sanitation and liquor lawsÂ
Ensure customer service, proper inventory control, cash control, food production, set up, clean up and compliance of all company rules and policiesÂ
Work with stand managers to ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation and alcoholic beverage lawsÂ
Ensure state and local health requirements are met for food handlers and alcoholic beverage serversÂ
Reports directly to Concessions Manager.Â
Assists with opening, closing and employee check in duties.Â

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCEÂ
High School Diploma or GEDÂ requiredÂ
Basic working knowledge of Concession/Cafeteria OperationsÂ
Basic working knowledge of Cash Handling ProceduresÂ
Must be ServSafe Certified Â
Must have Alcohol Trainging CertificationÂ
Â
SKILLS AND ABILITIESÂ Â
Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in order to assure compliance with company service standardsÂ
Ability to observe customers for determining whether service of alcohol is appropriate in light of local ABC lawsÂ
Ability to perform arithmetic operations involving all US monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Â
Ability to work in a team environmentÂ
Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as neededÂ
Must be able to read, write and speak EnglishÂ
Must have professional appearance and attitudeÂ
Must be at least 18 years oldÂ

PHYSICAL DEMANDSÂ
Must be capable of reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling.  Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 10 – 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, up and down stairs up to 400 feet about 4 times per shift.Â

HOURLY RATE: $18.00 - $20.00
