Service Manager Duties:

Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers
Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time
Maintain running cost within budget
Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs

6+ years of management experience in Heavy Truck Maintenance
Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics maintaining a heavy truck fleet
A customer focused mindset
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set

Competitive Compensation: $90,000 - 110,000 Salary + Annual Bonus + $200 Monthly PM Bonus at >95%
Steady Schedule: Monday through Friday on 1st Shift
