A Trusts and Estates attorney in Worcester, Massachusetts seeks an experienced full-time or part-time executive assistant to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and client-service support in an in-person office setting.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Compensation: $30-$35 per hour.
Core responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage calendar, appointments, deadlines, meetings, and follow-up tasks.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Screen and organize emails, messages, mail, and incoming requests.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate client communications in a professional, courteous, and confidential manner.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Draft, format, proofread, and organize correspondence and documents.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain orderly digital and physical files and help track active matters and projects.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with office operations and general administration.
Qualifications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Several years of experience as an executive assistant, legal assistant, or senior administrative professional.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong organizational skills and attention to details
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Comfort using Microsoft Office, cloud-based file systems, calendars, and task-management tools.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong interpersonal skills working with a variety of clients
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in a law office, especially trusts and estates, probate, or related practice areas, and experience with Clio is a plus.
