CLA seeks a talented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant working out of our Worcester office. The person will provide day-to-day HR support in a variety of areas, including assisting with the onboarding and orientation process for staff, entering records into HRIS, and helping with other HR tasks as needed. The person will also take a leading role in helping to plan and coordinate CLA's wellness initiatives, which have included self-care trainings and other social events and get-togethers. Full-time or part-time options available.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior HR experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with technology and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applications, including Excel.
- Must be patient and flexible, organized, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet competing deadlines.
- Very strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector a plus.

COMPENSATION:
- The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000, depending on experience.

- Paid leave (4 weeks vacation, 3 personal days, 12 sick days, and 13 holidays).Â
- CLA has a hybrid work environment and requires staff to work in the office at least three days per week.
