The Learning Experience – Worcester is hiring a certified Preschool Teachers to support children as they build confidence, independence, and early academic foundations in preparation for kindergarten.
This is a great opportunity to join a founding teaching team and help shape a high-quality preschool program from the start.
Key Responsibilities
- Â Implement structured learning activities supporting school readinessÂ
- Â Promote early literacy, math reasoning, and social-emotional growthÂ
- Â Guide children through learning centers and group instructionÂ
- Â Maintain classroom routines and organizationÂ
- Â Partner with families through consistent communicationÂ
- Â Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirementsÂ
Qualifications
- Â Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification requiredÂ
- Â Prior preschool classroom experience preferredÂ
- Â Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practiceÂ
- Â Collaborative and dependable teaching approach
