Talent Acquisition Specialist-Skilled Trades

Masis Staffing Solutions is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist / Account Manager – Skilled Trades to help grow our Skilled Trades and Skilled Manufacturing division. This is a hands-on recruiting role for a true talent hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by growth and financial success. Extensive client interaction and management.
What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement.
• Recruit skilled manufacturing and trades professionals, including CNC Machinists, Electromechanical Assemblers, Electricians, Plumbers, Pipefitters, Telecom Technicians, and other technical talent.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, trade schools, and grassroots recruiting.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and client relationships.
• Conduct candidate interviews and technical screenings.
• Manage multiple searches, candidates, and client priorities simultaneously.
• Meet or exceed recruiting, placement, and revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, or account management experience preferred.
• Skilled manufacturing, skilled trades, industrial, or technical recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and a talent hunter mentality.
• Ability to understand and evaluate mechanical, electrical, machining, assembly, and skilled trades experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Competitive, resourceful, goal-oriented, and financially motivated.
• Strong communicator and team player with excellent follow-through.
• Ability to travel approximately 15% for client visits.
