We are currently seeking an experienced School Age Group Leader at multiple Worcester, MA locations. This individual will assist with classroom activities, supervise children, and help create a fun and safe environment for our school-age children. This candidate will have prior experience working with children ages 5-12 years in a supervised work setting and have obtained their high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to commit to M-F 1:30-5:30 pm

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for their needs as individuals and as a group
  • Know and maintain child/teacher ratios in compliance with EEC regulations
  • Assist in planning developmentally appropriate curriculum
  • Maintaining clear, effective and positive communication with children, families, and staff
