POSITIONÂ RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
General cleaning and upkeep of standÂ
Maintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned concession standÂ
Performs location worker assignmentsÂ
Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employeesÂ
Plans for daily sales flow based on projectionsÂ
Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Concession LeadÂ
Maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all timesÂ
Follows all rules and regulations of Food and BeverageÂ
Performed other related duties as assigned by supervisorÂ

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Â

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCEÂ
High School Diploma or GEDÂ requiredÂ
Basic working knowledge of cash handling proceduresÂ
Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operationsÂ
Must be ServSafe Certified (have alcohol service training)Â

SKILLS AND ABILITIESÂ
Professional communication skillsÂ
Ability to work in a team environmentÂ
Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organizedÂ
Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quicklyÂ
Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the workÂ
Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as neededÂ
Ability to read, write and speak in EnglishÂ
Hold a professional attitude and appearanceÂ
Must be at least 18 years oldÂ

PHYSICAL DEMANDSÂ
Must be able to stand for long periods, walk and navigate stairs.  Must be able to transport up to 50 lbs repeatedly.Â

Non-Negotiable Union Contracted Hourly Rate: $16.59 - $16.59
