Position Summary

We are looking for dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team as Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation-related questions, research available options, organize reservation details, and provide helpful communication throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is open to beginners. Previous travel-industry experience is not required, and training, supplier education, and continued team support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and learn about their vacation needs, dates, preferences, and budget
  • Research accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, activities, tours, and other vacation options
  • Help clients compare available choices based on their individual requests
  • Assist with coordinating selected services through approved booking resources
  • Provide reservation confirmations, schedules, itinerary information, and relevant travel details
  • Support clients with routine booking changes, questions, and special requests
  • Follow up on pending information, deadlines, and upcoming trip requirements
  • Review reservation details for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate client notes, booking records, and communication history
  • Participate in ongoing supplier and destination education
