Wachusett Team Lead (Seasonal)

Polar Beverages is looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic Wachusett Team Lead to oversee our weekend sampling program at Wachusett Mountain throughout the winter season (September – March).

Responsibilities

• Lead Polar beverage sampling activations at Wachusett Mountain on weekends from September through March 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Wachusett event coordinator and Polar marketing team 
• Supervise, support, and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors during each event 
• Ensure all sampling stations are set up, maintained, and operating smoothly 
• Track inventory levels and manage the stocking of beverages, cups, ice, and other sampling supplies 
• Communicate event updates, inventory needs, and staffing concerns to the marketing team 
• Represent the Polar brand with professionalism while delivering a positive consumer experience 

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Comfortable managing a team in a fast-paced event environment 
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail 
• Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends throughout the season 
• Ability to lift and transport cases of beverages and event supplies 
• Previous event, promotional marketing, or team leadership experience preferred
