About the Role:
Goode Brothers Roofs and Gutters is looking for an experienced Pool Screen Installer to join our growing team in Hastings, FL! Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace pool screen enclosures, screen rooms, and lanai structures
- Measure, cut, and fit aluminum framing and screen material to project specifications (also assist with ordering materials)Â
- Inspect existing structures for damage and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Ensure all installations meet local building codes and safety standards
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently on job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers throughout the project
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pool screen enclosure or screen room installation
- Proficiency with aluminum framing, spline rolling, and screen tensioning techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor Florida weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Self-motivated, dependable, and a strong team player
