SUMMARY: Performs duties in order to provide a clean and productive work area in order to ensure the highest quality goods and services to all guests, both internal and external. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform all daily equipment cleaning tasks and clean all front-line floors nightly. Respond to and/or resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner.  Ensure compliance with all county, state, and federal food service laws and requirements.  Follow work assignments given by the team lead to accommodate adjusted work assignments. Clean floor drains as need to keep free of food debris. Sweep and mop floors as needed. Attend all department team meetings, workshops, and training sessions as delegated by manager. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Skills/Knowledge: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to provide excellent customer service. Professional conduct including good attendance and ability to maintain professionalism at all times. Must have a positive attitude. Must be able to pull out/put back the cook line equipment (i.e., broilers, burners, hot stoves, refrigerators, etc.) as needed. Must be able to lift barstools, placing on top of bar counter during cleaning and then remove barstools from counter to return to the floor when cleaning is complete. Food safety and kitchen sanitation training is preferred. Basic understanding of custodial equipment and its uses preferred. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to pull out/put back cook line. Must be able to put all barstools on top of bar and back down.
