Job DetailsJob Location: Hampden-Sydney College - Hampden Sydney, VA 23943Salary Range: $17.50 - $21.78 HourlyHampden-Sydney College has an immediate opening for a Carpenter.  Reporting to the Building Maintenance Supervisor, the Carpenter will perform journeyman level carpentry work involving the planning, layout, construction, repair and assembly of temporary and permanent cabinets, tables, desks, platforms, additions, partitions, bookshelves, wooden structures and fixtures; prepare materials and labor costs as required.  Perform repairs to windows, doors, walls, ceilings, floors, and repair furniture as needed.  Hiring Range:  $17.50 - $21.78 per hour.QualificationsQualifications:  High School graduate, 1 – 3 years previous experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must have a valid driver’s license.   Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.  Apply here on our website.  You may also mail your application to Hampden-Sydney College, Human Resources, P.O.
