Join our varied customer service team in Wortham Texas, working within Materials and Structural Analysis Division (MSD) division at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.

We are seeking an extraordinary skilled and motivated Part Harvest Engineer II, Depot Repair. You will play a key role in ensuring detailed operations by evaluating and testing equipment to resolve and efficiently implement corrective actions.

A day in the Life

  • Conduct tests on various equipment (SEM, PC Repair Desk, etc.) to ensure detailed functionality
  • Rigorously detail test results and successfully communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with team members to fix and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain strict alignment to safety guidelines and procedures.

  • Requires good judgment and lateral thinking to develop solutions to problems
  • Proven track record to contend in a fast-paced, complex nuance environment.
  • High Reaching approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Validated experience in equipment testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
