We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our company and support our Worthington, IN location.Â
As the Maintenance Coordinator for Vylor, you are responsible for coordinating all maintenance activities at the site to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. The Maintenance Coordinator collaborates across various process areas and locations, utilizing creative problem-solving skills to ensure site efficiency and reliability.

This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.
What You’ll Do:
- Continuously drive a safe work culture, ensuring employee engagement with safety as well as site compliance with all our safety programs
- Coordinate and prioritize preventative maintenance of work orders to align with production schedules and seasonal demands
- Coordinate planned work to minimize facility downtime and off-season maintenance projects
- Create, track, modify, and close work orders in CMMS along with ensuring accurate documentation of labor, financial records, and parts allocation
- Maintain accurate asset records, Preventative Maintenance frequencies, and equipment history in CMMS
- Coordinate ordering of maintenance parts, supplies, consumables, and critical spare parts including tracking inventory levels
- Support budget and cost tracking for maintenance activities / parts
- Assist in data diving to prepare reports for downtime, PM compliance, backlogs, and improvement opportunities
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners while facilitating clear communication and collaboration across shifts and departments, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
What Skills You Need:
- Holds a valid US driver’s license
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and processes
- Willing and able to work in environments that include tight or closed-in spaces, climb stairs/ladders and working at heights, stand or walk for extended periods of time, frequent bending and reaching, working outdoors and in inclement weather
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel
- Motivated to work both independently and in a team environment with limited supervision
- Willingness and flexibility to work a day schedule as well as overtime hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support business needs
Physical Job Requirements:
- Stand and sit for extended periods
- Work both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions
- Lift up to 60 lbs.
- Perform work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting
- Exposure to dust and plant allergens including but not limited to corn, sunflower, cotton, and canola pollen and protein and sorghum as well as potential mold spores and/or chemicals in the course of your duties

What Makes You Stand Out:
- Good understanding of maintaining/repairing, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mechanical power transmission systems, electrical systems, welding, and fabrication work
- Experience with a CMMS (SAP-PM or similar)
- Technical or trade background in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or multi-craft)
- Experience in manufacturing or asset-intensive environments
- Experience with Power Automate and Power BI or other visualization and communication of data-lake(s)
- Automation skills PLC and network knowledge
- Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement and Standardized Work
