Available Positions
- Groundsman
Pay: $18–$23 per hour, based on experience
No experience required! Groundsmen support daily vegetation management operations by assisting crew members, maintaining safe work areas, operating basic equipment, and performing site cleanup. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the utility vegetation management industry.
- Trimmer
Pay: $22–$28 per hour, based on experience and skill level
Experienced tree trimmers are responsible for safely trimming and removing trees around utility power lines while following industry safety standards. Previous trimming experience and a strong commitment to safety are required.
- Equipment Operator
Pay: Starting at $30 per hour, based on experience
Safely operate specialized vegetation management equipment, including bucket trucks, chippers, chainsaws, and other machinery used in utility line clearance. Previous equipment operation experience is preferred.

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred; CDL is a bonus!
- Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and safely operate around equipment
