Requirements:
- Current RN license.
- BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of acute care, emergency, or critical care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform triage, assessment, and continuous monitoring of patients with acute or emergent conditions.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Respond quickly to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards.
