Requirements:

  • Current RN license.
  • BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of acute care, emergency, or critical care nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform triage, assessment, and continuous monitoring of patients with acute or emergent conditions.
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Respond quickly to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatments, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards.
