An exceptional community healthcare facility located near Corvallis, Oregon, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team in a Home Health setting.

Offering $55.00 - $60.00/hour + Relocation assistance

Registered Nurse Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
  
• Setting: Home Health

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Perform physical exams, check vital signs, and evaluate overall health status during every visit
  
• Clean and dress surgical or chronic wounds, and track healing progress to prevent infections
  
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot specialized tools like oxygen tanks, catheters, or feeding tubes
  

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Must have an Oregon RN license or be willing to obtain one upon hire
  
• Must have previous experience in a home health setting
