The Production Coordinator is a critical plant operations role responsible for ensuring accurate system execution, production reconciliation, workforce administration, and operational continuity across manufacturing. Provide SAP support and assist with staffing and scheduling; oversee administrative and production workflow tasks, including starting and confirming process orders, linking raw material and batches to production orders, and addressing system-generated issues; and perform administrative tasks, including Team Member staffing and scheduling

Production Systems & SAP Reconciliation
- Provide ongoing SAP support to plant team, Own SAP reconciliation for startup runs and end-of-run transactions, SAP Cost of Goods (CoG) errors and variances
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant production postings that protect financial integrity and reporting accuracy
- Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with operations, supply chain, and finance partners
Raw Materials Validation & Documentation
- Perform data entry and system updates as required to support uninterrupted operations
Production Execution Support
- Own and execute ZARPACK push and PTC push activities to ensure accurate production and material consumption reporting
- Serve as a key support function during off-shifts, ensuring continuity of production system execution
Workforce Administration & Scheduling
- Own production team member scheduling activities within elevated team member environments
- Manage, support, and maintain, Attendance tracking, Payroll inputs and validation, PARs (Personnel Action Requests)
- Support staffing coordination to ensure adequate coverage and alignment to production plans
- Act as the primary point of accountability for labor administration accuracy and timeliness
Operational Enablement & Partnership
- Enable elevated team members by removing administrative and system barriers to execution
- Partner cross-functionally with Plant Leadership, planning, and maintenance teams to resolve production, system, and labor issues
- Identify gaps, risks, or recurring issues and proactively recommend improvements to processes and ways of working
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $54,700 - $82,050.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics environments
- Experience using ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP) for production or inventory transactions
- Experience performing data entry and validation with high accuracy (e.g., production postings, reports, or inventory records)
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., filters, pivot tables, data tracking)
- Experience working in shift-based operations and meeting daily/weekly deadlines
- Preferred: 1+ year of SAP experience in a production setting, 1+ year in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing, experience supporting production reconciliation, inventory control, or labor scheduling, and experience partnering with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, finance)
