ABOUT OUR ROLE | As a Prep Cook, you will work closely with the BOH Team to ensure that all ingredients and meals are prepared in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner. This role requires strong foundational prep experience, including sauce preparation, butchery, and vegetable fabrication, with a minimum of 2+ years in a scratch kitchen environment.  You will play a key role in supporting service by executing proper prep techniques, maintaining consistency, and ensuring all dishes meet Trailborn’s culinary standards.
