ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  •    Cook all foods on the Ala Carte for each station •    Plate and garnish all cooked foods to specifications to ensure quality and consistency •    Directly responsible to work all stations on a rotation basis and keep an open line of communication with other line team members and culinary management •    Create a positive guest experience. Be helpful and friendly to all internal and external guests •    Execute all food production as determined on production sheets •    Prepare the proper amounts of food as determined by management •    Maintain food quality specifications as determined by standard recipes •    Maintain a waste free department by controlling productions •    Ensure cleanliness of your immediate work area and the process of walk in cooler •    Maintain established par levels and ensure stations are stocked at all times JOB PREREQUISITES:   Above average oral communication skills Excellent customer service Problem solving capability High capacity for learning This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.  He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor.  Qualifications EDUCATION:  High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE: At least one-year related experience preferred.  LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints. Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day. Have good dexterity in fingers, to be able to hold and manipulate product or machinery. Able to work in hot and cold temperature extremes. Be able to lift up to 50lbs and push or pull a flatbed cart weighing up to 300lbs. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach. Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic English WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
