Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Program Assistant / Driver to support our Adult Training Program. In this role, you will assist with daily program activities and safely transport participants to and from the program.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist instructors in delivering engaging daily program activities
- Support participants in achieving personal and developmental goals
- Safely transport participants to and from the program site
- Ensure participant safety and well-being during transportation and activities
- Assist with program setup, cleanup, and daily operations
- Provide respectful, supportive, and person-centered care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, patient, and team-oriented
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a program setting preferred
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and assist with participant care (including 2-person assist and use of equipment as needed)
- Ability to pass background checks in accordance with NJ Department of Human Services
- Compliance with Central Registry and Child Abuse Registry requirements
- Pre-employment and random drug screening
