PAY GRADE:

NE 25 ($18.00 - $27.96 per hour)

AVAILABILITY: 

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:15pm, Friday 8:30am-6:15pm, Saturday 8:30am-12:15pm









Position Summary:

The Senior Relationship Banker’s primary focus is to establish and deepen client relationships. You will build client advocates by taking a holistic approach to assisting with their pursuit of short- and long-term financial goals. You will actively participate in a dynamic team environment, contributing to the IMAGINE culture and working with colleagues towards individual and team goals. This position performs all phases of customer service, primarily non-teller transactions, with particular emphasis on delivering quality customer service and consultatively recommending bank products and services. This position will act as a leader in branch sales while motivating staff towards sales goal achievement. 


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Examines financial and personal information to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and to educate customers on various products and services.
  2. Explains key product features and benefits to deliver appropriate solutions for customer spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
  3. Collaborates with business partners in Wealth Management, Premier, Business Banking, and Insurance to help customers with complex financial and business needs.
  4. Prioritizes the delivery of exceptional client service with accuracy and operational excellence, including problem solving and complaint resolution, while leveraging business partners where appropriate.
  5. Supports the branch by working to achieve individual and team goals through strong client relationships and team collaboration.
  6. Responds to service requests and inquiries from customers in a timely manner, while emphasizing accuracy and informative follow-up.
  7. Ensures that all activities adhere to compliance and operational standards. Assist with branch operational activities as directed by management.
  8. Demonstrates vigilance in detecting and reporting fraudulent or irregular activities.
  9. Assists the Branch Manager in managing branch sales activity and mentors colleagues in pursuit of their sales goals.
  10. Coaches, counsels, trains and develops branch staff in all aspects of their work.
  11. In the absence of the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager has the responsibility for all phases of the day-to-day operations within the branch, including but not limited to open/close procedures, override privileges, and staff supervision. 


Qualifications & Competencies:

  1. Must have friendly, professional disposition and good communications skills. 
  2. Excellent customer relations and communications skills.
  3. Active and articulate promotion of Pioneer products and services.
  4. Must be able to type accurately.
  5. Must possess basic knowledge of the Bank's cash handling & security policies and procedures. 
  6. Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues in a team setting.
  7. Ability to professionally represent Pioneer to outside business and/or customer contacts.
