About the Role

Our client is expanding its use of UiPath to automate core business processes. We're looking for RPA Developers to design, build, and support automation workflows that free their teams to focus on higher-value work. This is a remote, long-term engagement with a company solving real problems in immune-driven medicine.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities

  • Design and develop UiPath workflows, bots, and automation components

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope

  • Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD)

  • Configure UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and management

  • Build reusable automation components and follow best practices

  • Perform unit and integration testing, and support UAT activities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures and production issues

  • Monitor bot performance and drive continuous improvement

  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories

  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards

  • Support production deployments and hypercare activities

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of UiPath development experience

  • Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework

  • Experience with APIs, Excel automation, PDF processing, email automation, and web applications

  • Knowledge of SQL and database integration

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients

  • Prior experience in biotech, healthtech, or another regulated industry
