Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Coordinate staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Implement promotional displays and merchandising strategies to boost sales.
Conduct regular store audits to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Assist in financial transactions and cash management at the end of shifts.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus.
