What You’ll Do

As a Crew Member, you may work in different areas depending on the shift. You might be on drive-thru one day and making fries the next. Your job is to help customers, support your team, and keep the restaurant clean and safe.

You’ll:

Be friendly and respectful to customers and coworkers
Restock items like cups, straws, and condiments
Follow directions and work well with your team
Learn new skills and take pride in doing things the right way
Speak up if something doesn’t seem right

Job Requirements

To do this job, you must be able to:

Stand and move around for most or all of your shift
Lift 25–50 lbs occasionally
Work in different weather conditions (taking out trash, drive-thru, etc.)
Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
Follow Wendy’s safety, food-handling, and brand standards
