Job DetailsJob Location: Green County - Xenia, OH 45385Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health Location: Greene County, Ohio and surrounding areas Employment Type: Part-Time | PRN Help Patients Regain Strength and Independence We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate PTA to join our growing home health team. Working under the supervision of a PT, you will provide individualized therapy services that helps patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and safely regain independence in the comfort of their own homes. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with patients and appreciate the flexibility of home health, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Provides physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care under the direction of a licensed PT Assists patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfer training and mobility techniques Monitors patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the supervising PT and care team Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall preventions, and safe mobility techniques. Completes accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborates with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care Maintains compliance with agency policies and state and federal home health regulations Qualifications Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license Current CPR and/or BLS certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Home health experience is preferred, but not required What We Offer Weekly pay Pay per visit Flexible scheduling Paid time off Supportive interdisciplinary team One-on-one patient care with manageable caseloads Why Join Our Team?
