Five Star Home Services is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Sales Professional (Comfort Advisor) who knows how to turn an in-home consultation into an exceptional customer experience.

This is a consultative sales role—not high-pressure selling. You'll help homeowners understand their options, recommend the right solution for their home and budget, and own the customer experience from consultation through installation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll meet with homeowners who are actively considering HVAC replacement solutions. Your job is to understand what they need, educate them on their options, and help them make a confident decision.

You'll be responsible for:

• Conducting professional in-home HVAC replacement consultations
• Evaluating existing systems and identifying homeowner comfort needs
• Presenting equipment, efficiency, indoor air quality, and financing options
• Preparing accurate proposals and recommending appropriate solutions
• Building trust through education and honest recommendations
• Managing sold projects from agreement through installation
• Coordinating with Installation and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales documentation in ServiceTitan
• Consistently achieving established sales and performance goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• 2+ years of successful residential sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to confidently discuss pricing, financing, and multiple solution options
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Comfort using CRM software, mobile applications, and other sales technology
• Ability to inspect attics, crawl spaces, basements, and exterior HVAC equipment when necessary

HVAC or residential home-services sales experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with ServiceTitan, residential HVAC equipment, system efficiency, indoor air quality products, financing, or residential system design is a plus.
