Position Overview:
Thompson Audiology & Hearing Aid Center is seeking an Audiologist (or Hearing Instrument Specialist) dedicated to improving adult patients' hearing health. This role includes comprehensive hearing evaluations, BAHA fittings, tinnitus management, and veteran-specific examinations, all performed in adherence to industry best practices. The provider will work from a private office, fostering a focused, patient-centered environment — with future ownership potential for those interested in practice leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostics tailored to adult patients.
  • Conduct tinnitus evaluations and management, utilizing best practices to support patient relief.
  • Fit, program, and manage BAHA devices and other hearing technology as needed
  • Collaborate in veteran-specific examinations, ensuring adherence to all clinic and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, facilitating seamless patient care.

Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist in Washington State
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and best practices
