Case Manager SUDPs work within various teams at Comprehensive to provide support and coordination of care to our outpatient clients. Recognizing the complex needs beyond mental health and substance use treatment, Case Manager SUDPs work with clients to build skills necessary for independent living, self-advocacy, treatment engagement, and social participation. Case Manager SUDPs support clients and ensure they are connected with the necessary community resources that will enable them to fully engage with and be successful in treatment. This position emphasizes harm reduction and attaining progress toward each individual’s recovery goals. To be successful in this role, Case Manager SUDPs need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, knowledge of community resources, and familiarity with evidence-based recovery principles and practices. This duration is not guaranteed and may be reduced or extended. The weekly work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, forty hours each week with on-call rotation.
