Qualifications · Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington. · Experience in long-term care and knowledge of the MDS process is preferred. · Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills. · Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. · Certification in MDS (e.g., MDS Coordinator certification) is a plus. · Must be able to pass a background check and meet all state requirements   Qualifications
