Yakima Orthodontics is looking for an experienced, bilingual Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our growing team! If you're passionate about orthodontics, enjoy building relationships with patients, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice, we'd love to meet you.

This is a full-time opportunity supporting our Yakima office, with required travel to our Ellensburg location as needed. We're looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and excited to provide exceptional patient care wherever they're needed.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Assist the orthodontist during a variety of clinical procedures.
• Place and remove orthodontic appliances as permitted by Washington State regulations.
• Take digital X-rays, photographs, and digital impressions/scans.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and orthodontic care.
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience by creating a welcoming and positive environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an efficient and productive schedule.

You will be required to possess the following:

• Previous orthodontic dental assisting experience is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness and reliable transportation to travel between our Yakima and Ellensburg offices.
