Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute (PMI), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification Project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Advanced in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office suite Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Effective in fast-paced, matrixed environments Successful record of on-time, on-budget project delivery Collaborative team player Works well independently and cross-functionally Clear written and verbal communicator Values strong relationships Adept at de-escalating issues Highly organized Functions well with ambiguity Experienced with data analytics return on investment (ROI) reporting Willingness to travel as needed Prior experience leading and delivering CRM, Enterprise Systems, and Business Strategy projects Proven track record for autonomously leading and delivering 3 to 5 complex projects High degree of professional confidence and credibility to engage with senior-level stakeholders. Job Summary As a Project Manager, you play a critical role in delivering measurable business outcomes through business strategy and technical projects. Working under the guidance of the Director of the Project Management Office, this position ensures alignment with YCH’s business and digital strategy and objectives. This role will lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and leveraging industry-standard methodologies to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget. Job Responsibilites Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans, including RACIs, scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks. Apply PMO-approved methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) for consistency and quality. Governance & Compliance Enforce PMO standards, templates, and best practices across all projects. Maintain accurate documentation on Confluence and in Jira for audits and compliance purposes. Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies. Track and resolve issues promptly to minimize project disruption. Escalate critical risks to leadership only when necessary. Resource & Budget Oversight Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects. Monitor budgets, control costs, and produce financial reports for stakeholders. Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, PMO leadership, and business stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, presentations, dashboards, and performance metrics. Facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Continuous Improvement Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned (retrospective) sessions. Recommend process improvements to enhance PMO maturity. Must adhere to all company policies. Examine documents, materials, and products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications. Follow all SOPs in a given area.
