Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1923.22 - $2107.36
Washington licensed PT needed for Home Health duties throughout Yakima County. Shift times: M-F flex shift 0800-1430 (4 – 10s is optional). Weekend rotation: Sat every 5-6 weeks, 1 day off during the week when working Sat. No call. Minimum 2.5 -3 years of experience. EPIC EMR. Average about 5 patients/day. (25 RVU/week; consists of routine visits and evaluations) . Entity county of Yakima, large Spanish speaking community. Ortho, knees/hip replaces, discharges, deconditions, fall risk patients, neuro patients post stroke.
