A Brief Overview

Supports and maintain hardware and software. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance. Responsible for troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end user training and assistance where

What you will do

  • Repairs and maintains PC, printer, software, and associated peripheral equipment as necessary to maintain proper operation.
  • Troubleshoots PC, printer, software, and associated peripheral equipment to determine the source of malfunctions.
  • Maintains logs and device inventories.
  • Provides network cabling in designated areas according to Avera standards.
  • Consults with management and/or Network Analysts to solve operational/repair/maintenance problems and help design methods and procedures to improve the efficiency, productivity and control of these operations.

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

  • Associate's in related area
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) - Microsoft Microsoft or other relevant network, systems, or administration certifications
