A Brief Overview

Supports and maintain hardware and software. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance. Responsible for troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end user training and assistance where

What you will do

Repairs and maintains PC, printer, software, and associated peripheral equipment as necessary to maintain proper operation.
Troubleshoots PC, printer, software, and associated peripheral equipment to determine the source of malfunctions.
Maintains logs and device inventories.
Provides network cabling in designated areas according to Avera standards.
Consults with management and/or Network Analysts to solve operational/repair/maintenance problems and help design methods and procedures to improve the efficiency, productivity and control of these operations.

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

Associate's in related area
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) - Microsoft Microsoft or other relevant network, systems, or administration certifications
