ABOUT THIS LEADERSHIP ROLE

As a Paint Crew Leader, you will play a key role in supporting job leaders while ensuring multiple projects run smoothly from start to finish. You'll help oversee field teams, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience every step of the way.

On a typical day, you'll help guide crews, monitor project progress, and support both customer communication and team development. You'll ensure safety protocols are followed, assist with training, and help drive projects to completion on time and to company standards. At the end of each day, you'll leave with a strong sense of accomplishment, knowing your leadership directly contributes to team success and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support job leaders in managing daily operations across multiple job sites
  • Communicate with customers, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction
  • Help manage crews, provide feedback, and support training and development
  • Monitor time tracking and team accountability (QuickBooks Time)
  • Assist with additional work orders and job planning
  • Maintain safety standards, lead daily safety huddles, and enforce policies
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations
  • Promote a strong team culture and protect the Stewart Painting brand

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience leading or supporting painting crews
  • Strong understanding of painting techniques, tools, and safety practices
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work with ladders and equipment in a physically demanding environment
  • RRP certification (required)
  • Bilingual candidates preferred, but not required
