What You'll Do

Depending on the shift and department (grocery, deli, produce, bakery, or prepared foods), you'll:

Greet customers and help them find what they need - with real recommendations, not a script

Ring up purchases and handle payment accurately and efficiently

Stock shelves, displays, and cases so our food always looks its best

Prepare and serve items in the deli - slicing, weighing, and wrapping to order

Keep things clean, organized, and safe for customers and teammates alike
Jump in wherever the team needs a hand - no two shifts are exactly alike

What We're Looking For

A team player with a positive attitude

Strong communication and customer service instincts

Comfort giving and receiving feedback
A curiosity about local, organic, or specialty foods (experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required)

The Details

This is an in-person role at one of our Rosemont Market retail locations. Shifts involve being on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs., and staying active throughout - but you'll be doing it surrounded by great food and good people.
