Mutual Credit Union is looking for a personable, service-minded individual to join our team as a Head Teller. .   As a Head Teller, you will embody Mutual Credit Union's core values, serving our members by creating extraordinary experiences, building loyalty, and ensuring accurate, friendly, and prompt service. The Head Teller is responsible for providing exceptional member service while overseeing the daily operations of the teller line. This position serves as a key resource for tellers, assists with balancing and cash controls, and ensures transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.   The successful candidate will be ready and willing to work in an energetic and friendly environment, have excellent customer service skills, be articulate, and be able to communicate effectively with members. Mutual Credit Union requires a High School Diploma or GED for consideration of this position.
