Salary: $64,000–$75,000 annually (pay is negotiated based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week

About the Position

We are currently hiring a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity in Yelm, WA for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
- Grade Level: 9th-12th and 18-22 years old (transition program)
- Caseload: ~45-50 students
- Student populations will vary based on district assignment and building needs
- Collaborative work alongside teachers, special education teams, and other school-based professionals

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for or holding a Washington Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist license and Washington Educational Staff Associate certification
- Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
- Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY))
