Requirements
Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager develops, cultivates, and manages new channels of business and relationships with luxury residential window and door dealers, architects, and contractors within the Los Angeles market. This role promotes the Euroline Luxury Experience through active involvement and training of dealer representatives and architects, while actively managing sales opportunities and pipeline activity. This role is expected to be in the field, meeting with dealers, architects, contractors, and customers, approximately 3-4 days per week.
Essential Functions:
Opportunity & Activity Management
- Own and maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are tracked with scheduled activities, timely follow-up, and accurate next steps through to close
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market conditions in the territory to inform pipeline strategy and pursuit priorities
- Meet or exceed assigned territory sales quota and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Prioritize and actively manage the top 10 territory opportunities each month, maintaining a rolling three-month revenue projectionÂ
- Build relationships with client buying influences to advance the sales process and position Euroline as the preferred brandÂ
- Qualify and assign incoming leads to dealers within 24 hours, then track progress through the sales cycleÂ
- Partner with dealer representatives to strategize next steps and remove obstacles to closing
Dealer Development & Management
- Build deep, trusted relationships with dealer representatives, driving brand and product awareness at the luxury retail levelÂ
- Deliver Dealer Training 101 and 102 on a bi-annual basis, and educate dealer representatives on Euroline products to raise quote quality and close ratesÂ
- Set annual revenue goals with account ownership and management
- Review quoting and closing progress quarterly to keep action plans on trackÂ
- Engage in dealer marketing efforts, including selling product displays and placing point-of-purchase materials in retail showroomsÂ
- Enroll new dealers, with Director approval, when doing so will grow overall sales results in the assigned territory
Architectural Development
- Develop direct relationships with architects, managing Euroline's specification activity and identifying opportunities to convert architects currently specifying competing brandsÂ
- Conduct a minimum of two architectural presentations per month to architects and designers, expanding brand awareness and specification opportunitiesÂ
- Engage and train dealer representatives to present Euroline products to architects, extending the company's reach beyond direct callsÂ
- Maintain current, in-depth knowledge of Euroline's product line, technical specifications, custom capabilities, and production lead times to speak credibly with architects, dealers, and customers on product fit and feasibility
- Build architectural awareness across the territory through independently organized training and education for the architect community
Customer & Trade Development
- Proactively assess and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis, translating them into clear, effective proposals and quotations, with consistent communication throughout the project lifecycleÂ
- Coordinate internal company resources to support account needs and expedite resolution of customer problems and complaintsÂ
- Prepare oral and written reports on sales activity and results for management
Internal Relationships & Account Management
- Build trusted relationships with internal support staff and manage internal processes to keep office relationships running smoothlyÂ
- Follow the order submittal process and maintain accurate client account managementÂ
- Serve as a Euroline brand ambassador, representing the company's mission and core values internally and externally

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a long-cycle, relationship-driven sales environmentÂ
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both in-person and over the phoneÂ
- Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers — including architects, dealers, and contractors — through a long, consultative sales process
- Ability to read plan sets and complete take-offs to understand project needsÂ
- Ability to learn and clearly communicate complex technical product information to a non-technical audienceÂ
- Strong self-direction and territory/time management skills, with the ability to work independently in the fieldÂ
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and a team-player attitudeÂ
- Strong organizational and customer service skillsÂ
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and web-based sales tools
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales, territory management, or business development experience, preferably within luxury building products, windows, and doors, architectural products, construction, or a related industry
- Experience developing relationships with dealers, architects, designers, contractors, builders, and other industry professionals strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing a sales territory, CRM pipeline, revenue goals, and long-cycle sales opportunities
- Experience delivering product presentations, dealer training, and architectural presentations preferred
- Driving Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record required as a condition of employment and continued employment; MVR may be reviewed periodicallyÂ
- Reliable personal vehicle available for regular business use throughout the assigned territory, with current automobile insurance meeting company-required minimum liability limitsÂ
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for extended periods
- Physical Demands
- Medium work requires occasional lifting and carrying of materials, product samples, displays, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, computer use, verbal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are required.
- The position may require extended periods of driving and/or air travel, as well as occasional bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods while attending customer meetings, dealer visits, architectural presentations, trade shows, and industry events.
- Work Environment
- Sales role supporting an assigned territory and relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, and customers
- Frequent use of CRM, Microsoft Office, web-based applications, telephone communication, written proposals, quotations, and reports
- Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required, including customer, dealer, architect, and project-site visits; occasional overnight and air travel may be required
